  1. This offer is available to Entergy Arkansas residential customers through Dec. 31, 2026, and only applies to ENERGY STAR certified Dehumidifiers.
  2. Product(s) must be ENERGY STAR certified. Find Eligible Equipment.
  3. The rebate application must be completed in its entirety and submitted with all required documentation.
  4. Your application must be for new product purchased after January 1, 2026, and must be received no later than 60 days after purchase date.
  5. Limit two rebate per household.
  6. Cannot be used in combination with any other Entergy offer.
  7. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.
  8. Complete a separate application for each service address.
  9. By submitting your application online, you agree to the Terms and Conditions found on this site and Entergy's General Terms, Conditions and Policies for the Use of Entergy Websites and Mobile Applications.
  10. Download and print a paper application instead (to be submitted by mail, fax, or email).
